FC 2020: Cyberpunk - Neo San Jose

For FC2020, I maintained my roles as Exec Secretary, Board Member, and Pocket Program Designer, but we also tried a new 11x17 brochure format. The community seems to like the change:

Feedback please! Instead of our 2013-2019 booklet format we switched to the pamphlet. WDYT?

Pros
- Lighter weight
- More colorful
- Color coded panels
- Easier grid to read

Cons
- Requires a fold to fit in a pocket
- Downtown guide was separate
